What is your official job title here at LP?
Junior Systems Administrator I for Windows
Fill us in on your day to day tasks?
I start my day by checking my emails and providing technical support from our helpdesk to our Windows and Exchange Customers. I also respond to server alerts and monitor our windows servers to ensure their maximum performance.
What made you decide to join the Lunarpages' family?
I was searching for a new job and saw that Lunarpages had some open spots for system administrators. I had heard of Lunarpages a long time ago so I thought it would be a good opportunity to turn in an application and join the Lunarpages team.

Where were you working at before Lunarpages?
I was a Network and System Administrator on a Military Unit.
What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
The most challenging aspect of this job is to keep all of our customers happy.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Troubleshooting and providing fast resolutions to our customer’s issues.
What makes Lunarpages special?
The Team.
How does it feel to be our October Lunar Jedi?
It feels good! I never thought I would win the Lunar Jedi competition. I’m happy that our customers are satisfied with the support that I provide.
What is your favorite thing about winter?
The snow and Christmas, of course!
If your life had a sound track what song would you pick for it?
It’s hard to only pick one song but I would have to go with No one Knows by Queens of the Stone Age.
What grown-up job did you want to have when you were a child?
I wanted to become a firefighter.
What would be the very first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
I would throw a party!
What three adjectives best describe you?
Cooperative, Enthusiastic, Perfectionist.
What Olympic sport would you like to try?
I love tennis so that’s probably the sport I would choose to try!
What is your favorite quote?
If you had an extra hour every day what would you do with it?
I would most likely spend that hour playing sports.
What is the prettiest city you have ever been to?
I haven’t traveled a lot but I would love to go to Amsterdam.
How many passwords do you have memorized?
I think I have about 30 passwords memorized; I have a lot of different accounts!
How has the internet affected your life?
The internet has helped me out a lot as I am always searching for things that I don’t know much about; I continue to learn so much from the internet.
How many e-mails do you get in a day?
I’ve never counted them. I think it’s around 300-600 emails but it just depends on the day.
